1. General Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of wholesale trade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:-
Unsold stock

Change of mind

Ordering errors

Exceptions apply only in cases where goods are defective or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Buyers must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any issues within 5 business days of receipt.

We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, arrange one of the following:

3. Return Authorisation

Returns will only be accepted if authorised in advance by our customer service team.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the buyer at their expense.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Refunds will not include any shipping charges for international orders (if applicable).
