Shipping & Returns Policy

At Realtime Design t/a Silver Wholesaler, we are dedicated to supplying high-quality wholesale silver jewellery to trade customers. This Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of our trade terms and applies to all business-to-business (B2B) transactions.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

  • Standard processing time is 1-2 business days after full payment confirmation.

  • For extra large or customised orders, additional processing time may apply.

Shipping Method & Delivery

  • All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM.

  • This service includes full tracking and is insured up to £750.

  • Delivery Time: Next business day by 1PM after dispatch.

Free UK shipping is provided on all orders.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, please contact us for shipping options and rates.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods have been dispatched and handed over to the courier.


Returns & Refunds Policy

As we supply trade customers under wholesale terms, our Returns & Refunds Policy is as follows:

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold stock, change of mind, or ordering errors.

  • Exceptions apply only where goods are defective or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Buyers must inspect their order upon delivery.

  • Any claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be made within 5 business days of receipt by emailing info@silverwholesaler.co.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Return Authorisation

  • Returns will only be accepted if authorised in advance by our customer service team. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method once the goods are received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Trade-Only Terms

This website and all sales are intended for trade customers only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business and not as a consumer. Consumer rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act do not apply to B2B transactions.

Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the buyer once goods are dispatched and handed to the courier. Buyers are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance for their shipments beyond the provided coverage.
